Video Guidance hires industry veteran Dan Driscoll as director of business and product development

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (November 2010) – Bloomington-based Video Guidance (www.videoguidance.com), the leading visual communications company in the Upper Midwest providing video conferencing, telepresence and audio visual technologies and services, has hired Daniel Driscoll as director of business and product development. He will oversee the company's channel partner program ecosystem by identifying new business opportunities and leading related product development initiatives.

Driscoll brings over 20 years of experience in sales and operational management for both startup and established business units in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Video Guidance, he served as director of marketing and product management at Plymouth, Minn.-based Hickory Tech/Enventis Telecom, where he oversaw all marketing, R&D, product launches, brand management and channel development. Driscoll also served as the regional director for Eden Prairie-based KMC Telcom and senior sales manager for MCI.

Driscoll received his BA degree in Accounting from Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa and his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa.
