  • I wanted to write, now, though, because I wanted to share with you how absolutely pleased I was with two recent video conferences we conducted on June 22 & 25 where you all bridged our sites together. This was the first time we have ever used your bridging service. We have been doing video conferences for probably 10 years, and honestly, this is the first one we have conducted that functioned perfectly. Literally. There were absolutely no technological glitches. If you had participated in any of our previous video conferences you would realize how profound this experience was for me, because they used to be soooo terrible: dropped sites, audio problems, fuzzy picture, echoes, you name it, we experienced it. We also experienced bridging with a webcam, an aspect of this technology that I have been excited about, but nervous to try because of our previous challenges with video conferencing. This also was perfect – and so useful to the person who participated because it meant she didn’t have to travel away from home. Probably advancing technology has something to do with this, but I can say that for similar events to what we conducted this week, we will without a doubt use you all again to provide bridging service.     --- Praxis Interntional

  • We've been using the Video Guidance bridging service for five years and are very pleased with the service.  Video Guidance provides a consistency in the staff running bridges and personable, accessible service that we were not getting with our previous, larger service provider.  The scheduling process is easy, and the they are flexible enough to accommodate last minute adjustments.  If you call about a bridging issue, you get a direct line to the person running the bridge, you are not placed into a service call queue.

Their partnership with us has been invaluable as so many of our sites have little background knowledge in this area. In addition, they have partnered with our national organization, NCA, to provide streamed education calls to the children’s advocacy centers nationally.
