The first step in making sure the call connects the first time.

Video Guidance will welcome sites, check audio and video quality and be at your disposal for the entire conference.

Enables sites connecting at different speeds and protocols to participate in the same conference.

Continuous Presence
Divides each site’s video window into sections on a continuous basis.

Neutral colors are best
Medium contrast
Soft textures
Avoid patterns
Avoid Clutter
Avoid moving images that will be seen by the Far End. These will reduce the quality of the image and distract the viewers.
Do Not place a white board behind your participants – doing so can create a reflection that will make it difficult for the Far End to see the participants.
Avoid direct light pointing into the camera lens and or at participants - it creates harsh contrasts and shadow.

Ad Hoc Meeting

"Ad Hoc" is actually a Latin phrase that means "for this purpose." It is often used to describe solutions that are developed on-the-fly for a specific purpose. In Video conferencing, an ad hoc meeting refers to a meeting established for a single session that does not require prior notice.
