solution. VG Connect™ Gateway Service is an easy and convenient way for customers on a Private IP Network
to connect to external IP or ISDN sites.

to connect you with a location outside of your network
or on a disparate network.
NETWORK NEIGHBORING SERVICE
Customers that currently have a TANDBERG Border
Controller, TANDBERG VCS Expressway or an external
Gatekeeper can be neighbored to the Video Guidance
VG Connect™ Gatekeeper. By creating a neighboring relationship with the VG Connect™ Gatekeeper, customers
will have access to VG Connect™ ISDN services and other VG customers (upon customer approval).

• One connection at a time
• Non-scheduled ad hoc meetings
• IP to ISDN - ISDN connection charges may apply
ENDPOINT GATEWAY SERVICE
Customer endpoints will be provided an ongoing connection
for access to locations outside of their private network.
• Point-to-point IP to IP or ISDN (ISDN connection charges may apply)
• Endpoint certification to confirm compatibiltiy with VG Connect's Gateway service
• Non-scheduled ad hoc meetings
• One connection at a time
NETWORK GATEWAY SERVICE
Customers can be provided an ongoing connection to all internal endpoints for access to locations outside of their
private network (ISDN or IP).
• Unlimited connection and duration per month
• One connection at a time
• Non-scheduled ad hoc meetings
• IP to ISDN - ISDN connection charges may apply
• Network Gateway Service Plus - Same benefits as
Network Gateway Service, but allows you to rent the equipment without having to purchase it.
