VG Connect ISDN Neighboring Service

Customers can be provided an ongoing connection to all internal endpoints for access to locations outside of their private network (ISDN or IP).     Unlimited connection and duration per month over IP networks.    IP to ISDN connections usage pricing apply to International locations.

 

VG Connect Firewall Traversal Service

 Video Guidance's  solution helps extend the benefits of video conferencing investments to customer’s external users over multiple protocols with full feature functionality. Firewall traversal service provides secure connectivity pathways between enterprise networks and remote sites.

 

Consumer-based Video Gateway Service

Our Consumer-based Video Gateway Service offers integration of consumer-based Skype (one Skype user per bridge call) and GoogleTalk (up to 10 GoogleTalk users per bridge call) into business class video bridging and high-end conferencing room systems.

Based on the Cisco's Codian and Polycom RMX platforms, VG Connect's state-of-the-art bridging infrastructure can host multiple individual conferences with up to 30 interactive participants in any combination of IP, ISDN and VOIP from most any location worldwide. With ease, you can connect to your conference from your boardroom, your home office laptop (PC or MAC), or your office desktop.   You can also access conferences via audio over a telephone or mobile device.
